What we keep, why, and how to remove it. Written for pastors, not lawyers.

What we store when you sign in

Your Google email and display name. The searches and questions you run. Quotes you save or add to a sermon bench. Daily-word reflections and reactions. Circles you join. Your subscription status.

What we never store

Passwords (Google handles sign-in). Card numbers (Stripe handles payment). Anything from your device beyond what you type here.

Why we keep searches

To personalise your daily word, to improve search quality, and to count how the app is used in aggregate. Your search text is never shown to other users.

How long

Until you delete your account. After deletion, search and usage rows are kept only as anonymous counts with your email removed.

Your controls

Both live on your account page and take effect immediately.

Signed-out use

You can search without an account. Signed-out searches are logged without any identity, and we set one cookie only when you sign in (your session) or change the language.
